An independent footwear study translating science-fiction armor archetypes into a contemporary product family.
The project translates this DNA into footwear through armored exoshells, visor-inspired voids, structural spines, deflected planes, and sculptural tooling. Hard metallic surfaces are contrasted against recessed soft structures, creating the same relationship between Beskar armor and the black visor.
The objective is to reinterpret the helmet’s design and engineering logic as a credible performance object—where every line suggests purpose, every surface carries tension, and function becomes identity.
Design principle: Armor over undersuit. Structure over decoration. Industrial sculpture for human movement.
